Not at all. Every lease includes comprehensive hands-on training covering machine operation, safety, material selection, and basic design software. We'll have you cutting confidently from your very first session.
All lease plans include scheduled preventative maintenance, lens and mirror replacements, tube inspections, alignment checks, and priority call-out service if anything goes wrong. Consumables like lenses and nozzles are covered.
Yes — laser cutters require adequate fume extraction and a standard 10A or 15A power outlet depending on the unit. We'll assess your workspace during the configuration stage and can supply or recommend extraction solutions as part of the lease setup.
Absolutely. If your needs grow, we can arrange a machine swap to a higher-spec unit. We'll adjust your plan accordingly — no penalty, no drama. We want you on the right machine for the job.
We accept SVG, DXF, AI, PDF, and CDR vector files. For engraving, high-resolution PNG, JPG, and BMP files work well. If you're not sure about your files, send them through and we'll check compatibility for free.
We primarily service the North-West Tasmania region including Devonport, Launceston, Burnie, and surrounding areas. Delivery further afield can be arranged — just ask and we'll work something out.
